It actually really made me pay a little bit more attention to the POSITIVE things that have happened in the last few years. It also gave me some thinking time about the future.

Try it for yourself! Maybe you will find something new about yourself, or maybe it will bring you out of a funk. Or maybe it will bring you out of the mentality of “every day is the same routine” thoughts!
